PRODUCTION

All pieces from The Golden Circle are handmade + made to order and can require up to 3 full business days to produce.

If you require a fast-tracked order, please contact us before making a purchase. We will endeavour to meet every demand, however please note this may not be possible for all orders.

 

DELIVERY

We kindly ask our customers to ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as The Golden Circle cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

An automated email notification will be sent to you providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment's journey.

The Golden Circle is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.

 

Please note the delivery charges below which are payable at checkout

 

For addresses within Australia;

Standard shipping (2-5 business days) $7

Express shipping (1-2 business days) $15.

 

Orders over $200AUD will receive complimentary shipping

For our International customers: If you require your order be delivered to an international address, please contact customer service. 

 

Due to the value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.

Our couriers are trusted services, and as such The Golden Circle will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order 60 minutes after your order has been placed. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@thegoldencirclejewellery.com.

 

Please note that orders that have already been handmade and/or have been dispatched will not be cancelled.
